WHAT IS GO-SHINS ™ ?

Half socks and half rubber sock shoes! You heard that right. Our unique patented sock shoes are ultra light, breathable and BPA free. The sock upper comfortably fits the foot while the light and airy rubber soles forms to fit the child's foot.

 

IS THE GO-SHINS ALLOWED IN PUBLIC PLAY AREAS?

100% Yes! Go-Shins™ are soft soles and considered a "sock" and is allowed in all public play areas with a "no shoes allowed" policy! Now your child can play comfortably without bulky shoes that come off and prevent germs on their precious feet. 

 

CAN I WASH GO-SHINS™? 

You sure can! Every shoe purchased includes a wash bag. Just put the shoes in the bag and toss it in the washer! That simple! 

Air dry only. Do not put in the dryer as the rubber soles are soft and delicate.

 

IS THE SHOES WATER FRIENDLY?

Beach babies & toddlers can enjoy walking in the sand with their Go-Shins™! Prevent hot sand burns and dangerous articles that can be hidden in the sand. Go-shins™ are perfect for poolside too! You can always wash and air dry!

 

WILL GO-SHINS MAKE MY CHILD'S FEET SWEAT?

Our rubber soles are ergonomically designed with air permeability. Our socks are made with breathable cotton material to keep them cool and comfortable. Unlike bulky sneakers and leather shoes, our Go-Shins™ are lightweight and breathable.

 

I WANT TO GIFT THIS, DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

Yes we do! This is the perfect "awwww" gift to give at Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Birthdays and Just Because moments! Just click and add our gift wrap option at checkout with your special message. It will be printed on a cute card and packaged in a gift box.

 

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All US orders received Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise indicated on our shipping page in checkout). Flat Rate Standard delivery takes up to 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.

Rush delivery takes up to 2-3 business days after your order has been processed. Express delivery is available for an additional charge. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box/APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories are shipped via U.S.P.S Priority Mail.

International orders usually take 2-3 weeks.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We know you'll love our shoes, but if for some reason you need to return them, you can contact us for a return label. A full refund (less shipping) will be issued for new and unworn shoes in its original condition. We will process your return immediately upon receipt, however refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on your payment institution.

 

WHAT IF THE SHOES DON'T FIT? 

All unworn shoes that do not fit can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. To avoid purchasing the wrong size, please use the sizing chart. It is recommended that you take some time to measure your child's feet as every shoe brand size may differ. 

For gifting, we understand the child may not be available to measure. We have provided a PDF foot measuring chart that you can download and send to the child's parent for your convenience.
